Investing

There are 3 levels of investing being offered.

Corporate Level Investing - Investing at this level means that you will be investing in the operations and management entity that oversees the day to day running of the business.   Your funding will go to all areas of operations, salaries and promotional campaigns.  Investors at this level are automatically partial partners in all aircraft.

Aircraft Level Investing - Investing at this level means that you are a partner in a specific aircraft and therefore eligible for profit sharing for the aircraft only.   Investor funding will not flow into any other project.

There is no limit to the number of aircraft you can invest in.  However, not all aircraft are open for investment.   In other words, you can be the majority investor in a particular aircraft and therefore the door would be closed to any other investment except NuLANtek, Inc.   NuLANtek is always a partner unless otherwise specified under contract.

Special Project Investing - This is not investing as much as it is contracting.   Special projects are typically outside aircraft companies looking to sub-contract work or research that they normally could not do in house.   However, it is possible for investing to be opened up, but the contracts would be managed by the company requesting the work and not NuLANtek.

Other Possibilities - From time to time we get people who want to donate just to see a project get finished.   For static models that are donated to museums, no-profit groups and educational institutions, there may be tax credit available.  We will post which projects have this option available.

16-Sept-2009    F2G-1 No Longer Just a Concept!
We were approached this week by two engineers that were also getting ready to start an F2G-1 Corsair for the primary purpose of racing.  After several hours of discussion, it was decided to merge our efforts into one project.

The new aircraft will be roughly 75% and will a two seater designed around a 900 HP engine.

We are currently concentrating on fund raising.

More news to come!
1-Sept-2009    F2G Concept Promotional Airplane Update
RT Foster is an extremely well know artist known for his Bomber nose-art and his work is featured all types of aircraft.  Mr. Foster and his daughter have agreed to do the concept artwork for a 'possible' future presentation to Marathon.
17-May-2009  The Bearcat was pulled from storage and the dimensions were checked to see just how much larger the aircraft would be if we mounted a Rotec R3600 rather than the Rotec R2800 that was originally planned.   ...more details later.
10-May-2009 The Japanese Zero Plans that were started 2 years ago were pulled out of storage due to the possibility we may need to build several for Jolly Roger's movie.
